ideas
Originally we planned to portray a mans journey from consciousness into a dream like hallucinatory state then back agin into consciousness. Due to the time constraints of the piece we came to the conclusion that we could carry out this idea to its full potential hence we decided adjust the piece in order to tighten the focus. This meant we place much more concentration to the details of this piece, having deeded to focus on the mans journey through mundane day to day routine.

This song conveys the frustration at the mundanity of everyday life something which our sense of space piece centres around thus it proved extremely when coming up with ideas on how portray these emotions through sound. the perpetual circle through which the lyrics take course was something which really stuck me as effective within the sung, this influenced my approach my own project as I aimed create a similar monogamous feeling within the piece.

PRE PRODUCTION-
During the pre production we through around various concepts and ideas over the course of the first week before we settled the ideas of nature as a destructive force. Once we had decided on this after much deliberation I was able to delve deeper into the realms of research, loooking up films and other pieces of art in search of inspiration in the form of nature and destruction.
